Ira, the jewel of Oria
Once a bustling nation of trade, Oria is now a nation dominated by theology. After the fall of Jevlin’s gate, Oria’s people turned to Nileer for protection against the undead horde. Nileer’s baroness slow to act, rermained complacent. This forced the church to act and the three cities Ira, Fenia and Targon banded together to form a Triumvirate army to protect the heartland. Desperate to show the world the might of Justicarius and the light of Oren, you are more likely to encounter a missionary from Oria than a tradesman.
Bordered in the west by Entreria, and to the east by Civean and the Sethrian Empire, Oria occupies a rich territory of plains and fertile farmland. With natural defenses demarcating most of its cities, Oria was the only nation not to lose any cities to Nevlim’s dark alliance.
Oria’s people have greatly changed throughout in the last year due to the influence of the holy churches of Justicarius and Oren. The people of Oria are driven by their common cause to drive the undead out of their lands and eventually out of Joria. Life in Oria is not one of placid utopian dreams. Since the Orian people pride themselves as the new moral vanguards of Joria, they adopt seemingly draconian measures to ensure that their moral code remains the only code by which one may live within the three cities.
